Andrew G. Ciocca

Mr. Ciocca joined Sutter Securities in October, 2000 shortly after his graduation from the University of Nevada, Reno.   During his period with the firm, Mr. Ciocca has specialized in sizing new issues and refunding as well as coordinating the regulatory documentation required in the underwriting process.  He is accomplished in several areas including security sizing, escrow requirements, considerations of rating agencies and bond insurers, as well as the operation of the DBC Bond sizing and refunding platform. In association with investment banking colleagues, he has led or assisted in structuring the following:

• More than 48 underwritings with combined par values in excess of $9.1 billion.
• In excess of $275,000,000 in underwritings for California cities and water agencies since 2006 as lead sizing personnel.
• 32 Tax Allocation underwritings since 2001.

Mr. Ciocca is a member of the Municipal Bond Club of San Francisco and holds his Series 7, 53 and 63 Licenses.
